Conference Registration Fees

All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend.  Conference registration fee varies from AUD 450 to 775 depending on the choice of events or package by the delegates.  The conference fee must be received by 25 October, 2010 to assure conference participation.  Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance. Fees are shown in Australian dollar but Payment can be made in Equivalent US$

 Cancellation Policy

There is a US$ 150 fee on cancellations received prior to 8 November 2010.  There will be no refunds on cancellations received after 8  November, 2010. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter/certificate of participation immediately after arrival at the registration desk.

All peer reviewed and accepted will be included the “Refereed Conference Proceedings: with an ISBN and will be published  in CD-ROM

2.  Presentation of Additional paper

An author can present up to two papers subject to payment of  AUD 80  for the additional same paper  which must be presented by the same author.

3. Review Report

Unlike other conferences, we provide review report within one month after  the conference  and authors will find the report as a very good feedback to improve their paper. 

4. Session Chair

Participants may serve as the Session Chair. If you are interested, please indicate your willingness in the Registration Form. A certificate will be issued to all Chairs acknowledging their role at the conference.

5. Feedings  and Conference accessories 

Registration fee includes mouth-watering buffet t lunch  for plus arrival, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks for  two days.  Each participant  will receive conference bag,  name tag, pen, note book ,  participation acknowledgement letter and payment receipt . 

6. Conference Dinner

The end of the conference will be celebrated  by a conference dinner . This is an optional event. If you are interested, please indicate it while completing registration form.  Conference dinner will be featured by best paper announcement, distribution of certificates, talks  and fun !  It is a great experience and it would not be easy to forget such an experience
